Our weekly yoga classes are warm and welcoming to everyone. You don't need to have done yoga before. Keeping it simple helps you focus on the breath. And when you focus on the breath, you can trust your body and intuition.

 

Classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards.The postures and movements we do are positions many people find themselves doing during labour. When we slow down and go inward, we move more intuitively and can listen to what our bodies and babies need. This helps our babies move into positions easier for birth.

 

We have time to chat at the beginning of our class over a cup of tea, too. Sometimes about a topic related to pregnancy and birth, but not always. It’s a nice feeling being pregnant together. Crossing the threshold of motherhood brings lots of ups and downs. Coming together in this non-judgemental space is hugely empowering.
