As a doula I am there to walk beside you in your pregnancy and birth experience. This is about you. Your story. Your birth. I am there to help you raise your voice, to remind you of your choices and protect your space. So after the birth of your baby you know YOU did it. You start your motherhood journey feeling strong and empowered.

I trained with the amazing Nicola Goodall from Red Tent doulas and I am also a qualified Yogabirth teacher. Birthwork is my calling and I took great care and time in choosing where to learn these skills from. I have met many great mentors who have been working in the birth world for many years. I learn from them continually and bring this knowledge into my work as a doula.

I live in South-East London and can work across London and the South East. I cover Lewisham, Greenwich, Dulwich, Kent, Bromley and lots of other areas!

Services
Birth Planning
2 one to one meetings where we will prepare for the birth of your baby. I will support you every step of the way as you get ready to welcome your new baby. I can help you in creating a personalised birth plan, discussing potential scenarios, and choosing the best place for your birth.
Your birth partner is encouraged to join us in these conversations, ensuring that all concerns are addressed and they know how they can support you for the birth. We will cover pain relief options and essential postpartum preparations, helping you feel empowered and informed for this incredible journey ahead.

Virtual/over the phone doula
3 birth preparation sessions.

2 private yoga and meditations classes personalised for you.
​
I will be available to you over the phone throughout your pregnancy until the birth of your baby. I will be on call for you from 38 weeks of pregnancy (24 hours a day) You or your partner can then call me when labour starts for phone support during labour.
​
This includes on postnatal visit where we can talk through the birth and make sure you feel supported.
​
Please note: if you change your mind and decide you would like me to attend your birth in-person you can choose to do this for an extra cost.

Doula-Complete Care

On call to attend and support you during your birth from 2 weeks before your due date until your baby is born.
